The Pirelli National Superstock 600 Championship
The Pirelli National Superstock 600 Championship is designed to identify new riding talent and provide a progression route to higher classes of racing. This class is strictly for riders aged 16-25; previous champions have all progressed onto British Supersport or Superbike rides. There are also quite a few Scots who will be hoping to put on good show on home soil; Michael Robertson, Greg Gilfillan, Daniel Kinloch, Tim Hastings and potentially a few wild-cards entries from the Scottish racing scene.
Knockhill Motor Sports Club - Superstock 600 Championship
Making a guest appearance at the MCE British Superbikes for the second year running; the Knockhill Motor Sports Club Superstock 600 class, will provide plenty of entertainment for assembled fans. Shane Byrne - Three Times BSB Champion

| Team | Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki |
| From | London, UK
|
| BSB Races | 219 |
| BSB Wins | 41 |
| Honours | Treble Superbike Champion |
Shakey returns to the MCE British Superbike Championship as defending Champion, determined to secure his 4th BSB title. Byrne already has a number of race wins under his belt this year and the Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki rider knows his way around Knockhill. Continuity could be the key for Byrne this year, returning with the same team, riding the same bike that took him to the overall title last year.
Ryuichi Kiyonari - Three Times BSB Champion

| UpTeam | Samsung Honda |
| From | Saitama,, Japan
|
| BSB Races | 147 |
| BSB Wins | 43 |
| Honours | Treble Superbike Champion |
Japanese star, Ryuichi Kiyonari returns to the BSB looking to set his own record breaking title haul, much like Byrne, he too sits on 3 BSB titles and is looking for his fourth. The Samsung Honda rider hasn't enjoyed the best of starts to the season; however, test data secured at Knockhill earlier this year could prove pivotal in his championship challenge. He certainly has the speed and know-how to win; he just needs a slice of luck and some extra confidence to kick-start his season.
Josh Brookes

| Team | Tyco Suzuki |
| From | Sydney, Australia
|
| BSB Races | 94 |
| BSB Wins | 11 |
| Honours | 2012 Runner Up |
Aussie, Brookes returns with Northern Irish TAS Racing that took him to a 2nd place finish in 2012. Admittedly it took the team and Brookes a few rounds to get going last year, but once they did, they were a force to be reckoned with. Make no mistake, Brookes wants that BSB Championship and he'll be looking to hit-the-ground running at Knockhill onboard his Tyco Suzuki racing machine. Brookes has a decent record round Knockhill; regulary making it into the top five. No doubt, he will be pushing hard for his first race win of the season.
Alex Lowes

| Team | Samsung Honda |
| From | Lincoln
|
| BSB Races | 54 |
| BSB Wins | 2 |
| Honours | 4th in 2012 |
Lowes has been on a mission from the start of the season, the 23 year old has been one of the most consistent performers all year. The Samsung Honda rider has been on the podium in every race so far this season. Like Kiyonari, he will have a wealth of setup data following the team's test earlier this year at Knockhill. Don't be suprised if Lowes scores another couple of podiums at Knockhill; a circuit that hasn't been kind to him in the past. Let's see if he can rectify that come June!
Stuart Easton (Motorpoint British Supersport Championship)

| Team | Mar-Train Yamaha |
| From | Hawick, Scotland
|
| History | 14 years bike racing experience |
| Positin | 2nd |
| Honours | 3rd in BSB and former Supersport Champ |
Easton returns the Motorpoint British Supersport Championship with Mar-Train Yamaha. The Irish outfit went close to the title last year with Jack Kennedy, eventually, losing out to Glen Richards. Easton a former Supersport Champion, and sitting 2nd in the current standings, is renowned for his lightening starts. He know's Knockhill well and will be keen to assert his authority on the races, hailing from Hawick, Stuart will also be invloved in the Steve Hislop tribute (one of his all time racing heroes).
Taylor Mackenzie (Motorpoint British Supersport Championship)

| Team | Tyco Suzuki |
| From | Ashby De La Zouch
|
| Races | 2nd year in Supersport |
| Position | 11th |
| Honours | Former MotoGP 125 Rider |
Taylor Mackenzie or T-Mack, heads into his second year in Supersport with Tyco Suzuki by TAS Racing. Despite living down south, Taylor is Scottish through-and-through and always sports a saltire and a Knockhill sticker on his helmet. Taylor has been making steady progress over the past two seasons, he'll be looking for a strong top ten finish at Knockhill; a podium however, would not only delight the home crowd, but bring an enourmous grin to Dad, Niall's face.
